Shipping & Delivery Policy

At INKAPet, we pride ourselves on fast and reliable order processing. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, but please note that processing times may vary during busy periods.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship orders Australia-wide using Australia Post. Standard delivery times are usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Customers in metropolitan areas may receive their orders sooner, while regional and rural locations may take a little longer.

Important: During peak seasons (such as Christmas), Australia Post delivery times may be slower than usual. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

International Shipping

If you’re outside Australia, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can deliver to your country and to receive a shipping estimate.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
